Today's suggestion is, get an album large enough to fit several 8 x 10 photos.
When you your baby's photos are taken, get one in 8 x 10 size. That will start the album.
When your children are in school you will be asked to purchase packages. Always get a package with an 8 x 10. Display in a frame for the year, and then place the photo into the album you started with the baby photos.
Over time, as you flip through the book, you will see the changes in your child.
Having the photos all in the same size--and large enough to take you right back to "that age", lends to consistency and makes for an interesting album. This also solves the problem of what to do with the old photo once a new one arrives.
Start from the beginning or else you might find yourself waist-deep in a box of photos with no home!
